Artist statement

이 작품은 매일 지나던 길을 낯설게 바라보려는 시도에서 시작되었습니다.

This piece asks what it means to build something that outlives its maker, using only materials found within one kilometre of my school.

주제를 다루는 시선이 또렷하고 매체를 다루는 완성도가 나이에 비해 매우 안정적입니다. 후반부 밀도를 조금 더 끌어올린다면 본선 경쟁력이 충분합니다.
